An expert in the online world, Kelly Jo started her career in high tech when she got frustrated with the advertising agencies who kept offering her Administrative Assistant positions, instead of the assistant copywriter positions she so desperately wanted. She landed at Sun Microsystems in Mountain View, California, during the Gold Rush Startup days in Silicon Valley, and quickly found her niche in the professional services arena of technical support and the development and delivery of training. She is currently a SQL Server DBA and software support engineer for an interactive television media company.
